By Isabella Grace accepts returns within 30 days of purchase. We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Pierced earring styles for hygiene reasons.
  • Items purchased on sale or with a promo code (excluding newsletter signup).
  • Items that are not in their original condition — items must be undamaged, unworn, and returned in the By Isabella Grace box provided.

All sale purchases are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for refund, credit note, or exchange unless the item is deemed faulty.
